–How can I do that if the phone can not work with my sim card carrier?
1. (Be sure you sim card is match with our blackview BV4900 phone’s frequency)
2. If your Blackview BV4900 can’t work with carrier, first you should go to active the sim card on a existing phone which is support your carrier. After you receive the initial activation texts or get 4G network signal, please put your sim card back to the Blackview BV4900 phone and restart it. It will automatically pick up the carrier’s network after turning on.
3. Please try to add APN data there to active the phone with your sim card.
–How to input APN data?
Steps of inputting APN data are as follow: setting–Network&Internet– Mobile network–Advanced–Access Point Names
(first of all, please check other working phone or put your sim card in other phone to check the APN data, then add these APN data to this phone step by step)
