Ensure Correct Installation
Step 1: When installing the front panel, rotate the square axis and find the only ones side with the arrow symbol.
Step 2 : Keep the side with arrow symbol side must face the outside of door edge to install.
Step 3 :Please note that if the arrow side towards to other directions,will cause faulty.
Correct Installation
Only after passing unlock options that you can unlock by lifting up/pressing down the handle. Unlock Options：Phone App / Fingerprint Identification / Keypad Passcode / RFID Cards / Mechanical Keys
Faulty Installation
Cannot unlock or lock properly.Without any unlock options, but can unlock by lifting up/pressing down the handle.Solution: Repeat the arrow installation direction of the first step Ensure Correct Installation .
